Michael Jordan
Not many people live, breathe and know food and wine like Michael Jordan. His passion started early on when he watched his dad run the family restaurant, Matteo’s and continues to fuel his career. After a long stint as General Manager at the Disneyland Resort’s Napa Rose Restaurant, Master Sommelier, Jordan decided to embark on a whole new set of adventures in the world of wine.
Mike is the sommelier for the people, when he brings his passion for wine to the radio. The weekly, What’s Cookin’ on Wine show is carried in 11 million homes nationally on broadcast radio, cable television and the Internet and features the latest happenings in the wine world. “I love doing the show,” said Jordan. We get to interview wine royalty and tell the world about delicious wines and great values. The show isn't like other programs, it’s fun, informative and reaches a broad spectrum of people that like things that taste good without getting too stuffy. I mean come on; wine is just fermented grape juice.”
