$1500 for VIP. The VIP guests will have access to the dine & wine stations, as well as the Green Room with our special music talent. The Green Room will host a caviar and foie gras station with an assortment of exclusive wines served from magnum. Finally, our VIP guests will enjoy front of the theatre section seats for the music performance. VIP is limited to 100 guests.

ABOUT THE WILLAMETTE VALLEY
The Willamette Valley, Oregon’s leading wine region, has two-thirds of the state’s wineries and vineyards and is home to more than 500 wineries. It is recognized as one of the premier Pinot noir producing areas in the world.The Willamette Valley is a huge and varied appellation that includes six sub-appellations: Chehalem Mountains, Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity Hills, McMinnville, Ribbon Ridge and Yamhill-Carlton.
Buffered from Pacific storms on the west by the Coast Range, the valley follows the Willamette River north to south for more than a hundred miles from the Columbia River near Portland to just south of Eugene. To the east, the Cascade Range draws the boundary between the Willamette Valley’s misty, cool climate and the drier, more extreme climate of eastern Oregon.
At its widest point, this long, broad valley spans sixty miles. Overall, the climate boasts a long, gentle growing season – warm summers with cool evenings; bursts of Indian summer into fall; mild winters followed by long springs. In ideal years the maritime climate provides the best conditions possible for growing the cool-climate grape variety for which Oregon is best known: Pinot noir. In lesser years, fall weather can be tricky, causing winemakers to pull their hair. In this matter the Willamette Valley compares favorably with the Burgundy and Alsace regions of France. And, like it or not, the often finicky Willamette Valley climate is the promised land for Pinot noir in America. Wineries also produce Pinot gris, Pinot blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Melon, Gewürztraminer, sparkling wine, Sauvignon Blanc and some Syrah, Cabernet, and Merlot among other lesser-known varieties.
The Willamette Valley wineries are a popular tourist destination, with the area boasting a luxury destination resort, several high-end inns and many delightful bed & breakfasts. The valley also offers a long list of fine dining restaurants. An additional advantage for the wine tourist is the proximity of the wineries to Portland. From Portland, tourists can visit the Willamette Valley winery of their choice in anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours.

THIRTY YEARS FOR TALLEY VINEYARDS
Celebrating 30 years of winemaking and three generations of family farming history, Talley Vineyards specializes in estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Arroyo Grande Valley in San Luis Obispo Wine Country. The winery’s vision, “to make and share wines that capture the special character of our place,” is a legacy from Talley Farms, a specialty vegetable operation established by the family in 1948. It wasn’t until 1982, with the planting of the Rincon Vineyard, that Talley transitioned into the wine business and produced its first vintage in 1986. As the winemaking program evolved, Talley has increased its single vineyard selections to reflect the unique personalities of each of its vineyard sites. Talley Vineyards also continues to partner with Talley Farms, which is now a leader in the local farm-to-table movement, enjoying enormous success with Fresh Harvest, its CSA program that launched in 2012. The newest collaborative effort launched this summer is the Talley Farms Fresh Harvest Farm Stand, which is open to the public and sits adjacent to the Talley Vineyards tasting room.
HISTORY
For three generations the Talley family has farmed in Coastal San Luis Obispo County. The tradition began in 1948 when Oliver Talley founded Talley Farms and started growing specialty vegetables in the Arroyo Grande Valley. During the 1970s extensive planting of wine grapes began in the neighboring Edna Valley and Santa Barbara County areas. After observation and extensive analysis, Oliver's son, Don Talley, was convinced of the potential to grow high quality chardonnay and pinot noir on the steep hillsides above Talley Farms. Don planted a small test plot in 1982 on the west hillside of the Rincon Vineyard that included chardonnay, pinot noir, riesling, sauvignon blanc and cabernet sauvignon. Over time the varietal and clonal selections were refined and planting expanded to a total of 190 acres in the Arroyo Grande and Edna Valleys.
Talley Vineyards produced its first wine in 1986 with the production of 450 cases. The winery's first five vintages were produced in a small winery adjacent to one of Talley Farms’ vegetable coolers. In the fall of 1991, a winery was completed at the foot of the Rincon Vineyard. A 12,000 square foot barrel and case goods storage building was added in 2000, followed by a new tasting room in 2002. Talley Vineyards currently produces about 36,000 cases annually. Brian and Johnine Talley own and operate Talley Vineyards, while Brian, Todd, Ryan and Rosemary Talley manage Talley Farms.
ABOUT BRIAN TALLEY, OWNER/WINEGROWER
Brian Talley is a third generation farmer born and raised in Arroyo Grande. While attending UC Berkeley, where he earned degrees in History and Natural Resource Economics, he worked in a wine shop called Curds and Whey where he fell in love with wine.
Brian began his career in the family business at age 12 when he started harvesting vegetables at Talley Farms. He became General Manager of Talley Vineyards in 1991 and now serves as President of Talley Vineyards and Talley Farms. Brian is recognized as a leader in the local wine industry and was cofounder of the World of Pinot Noir, has served as President of the San Luis Obispo Wine Country Association and been recognized by both Robert Parker and the local wine industry as a Wine Industry Person of the Year.
Brian loves cooking, wine and travel as well as running, cycling and golf. He lives at the edge of Talley Farms with his wife Johnine and daughters Elizabeth and Olivia.

AROMATICS
This 2014 Pinot Noir reveals aromas of blackberry,black cherry and ripe currants in the nose with a dust of cocoa. Very pleasing with a slightly creamy texture.
ON THE PALATE
The 2014 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir delivers dark black fruits that slowly melt into all areas of the mouth. There is focused acidity and fine tannins that carry the rich blackberry, anise, cedar, black licorice and mocha flavors toward the mid-palate, leading to a lingering finish of black cherry and dried currants.

AROMATICS
The 2014 Chardonnay shows beautiful aromas of layered green apple, lemon-lime citrus, orange blossom, honeysuckle and sweet vanilla.
ON THE PALATE

The newest collaborative effort launched this summer is the Talley Farms Fresh Harvest Farm Stand, which is open to the public and sits adjacent to the Talley Vineyards tasting room.
HISTORY
For three generations the Talley family has farmed in Coastal San Luis Obispo County. The tradition began in 1948 when Oliver Talley founded Talley Farms and started growing specialty vegetables in the Arroyo Grande Valley. During the 1970s extensive planting of wine grapes began in the neighboring Edna Valley and Santa Barbara County areas. After observation and extensive analysis, Oliver's son, Don Talley, was convinced of the potential to grow high quality chardonnay and pinot noir on the steep hillsides above Talley Farms. Don planted a small test plot in 1982 on the west hillside of the Rincon Vineyard that included chardonnay, pinot noir, riesling, sauvignon blanc and cabernet sauvignon. Over time the varietal and clonal selections were refined and planting expanded to a total of 190 acres in the Arroyo Grande and Edna Valleys.
Talley Vineyards produced its first wine in 1986 with the production of 450 cases. The winery's first five vintages were produced in a small winery adjacent to one of Talley Farms’ vegetable coolers. In the fall of 1991, a winery was completed at the foot of the Rincon Vineyard. A 12,000 square foot barrel and case goods storage building was added in 2000, followed by a new tasting room in 2002. Talley Vineyards currently produces about 36,000 cases annually. Brian and Johnine Talley own and operate Talley Vineyards, while Brian, Todd, Ryan and Rosemary Talley manage Talley Farms.
ABOUT BRIAN TALLEY, OWNER/WINEGROWER
Brian Talley is a third generation farmer born and raised in Arroyo Grande. While attending UC Berkeley, where he earned degrees in History and Natural Resource Economics, he worked in a wine shop called Curds and Whey where he fell in love with wine.
Brian began his career in the family business at age 12 when he started harvesting vegetables at Talley Farms. He became General Manager of Talley Vineyards in 1991 and now serves as President of Talley Vineyards and Talley Farms. Brian is recognized as a leader in the local wine industry and was cofounder of the World of Pinot Noir, has served as President of the San Luis Obispo Wine Country Association and been recognized by both Robert Parker and the local wine industry as a Wine Industry Person of the Year.
Brian loves cooking, wine and travel as well as running, cycling and golf. He lives at the edge of Talley Farms with his wife Johnine and daughters Elizabeth and Olivia.

Sonoma Coast 2014 PINOT NOIR
AROMATICS
This 2014 Pinot Noir reveals aromas of blackberry,black cherry and ripe currants in the nose with a dust of cocoa. Very pleasing with a slightly creamy texture.
ON THE PALATE
The 2014 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir delivers dark black fruits that slowly melt into all areas of the mouth. There is focused acidity and fine tannins that carry the rich blackberry, anise, cedar, black licorice and mocha flavors toward the mid-palate, leading to a lingering finish of black cherry and dried currants.

AROMATICS
The 2014 Chardonnay shows beautiful aromas of layered green apple, lemon-lime citrus, orange blossom, honeysuckle and sweet vanilla.
ON THE PALATE
This Sonoma Coast Chardonnay offers layers of tight, vibrant peach, pear, and tangerine flavors on the palate, followed by a subtle crème brûlée texture. The finish gradually turns crisp with a final wash of mouthwatering natural acidity.
